She started learning calligraphy and paiting when she was a child. Fascinated by the wide range of expressions in design calligraphy, she studied calligraphy as well as package and logotype design from the basics under Hironobu Kida.
She graduated from The Lettering Creators Academy.
She is good at lettering in a wide range of characteristics and images: including those with nostalgic, strong, modern and natural styles.
She is a regular member of the Japan Design Calligrapher’s Association living in Kashiwa City, Chiba.
