Jesaya brings small, deliberate cuts to the familiar structure of a sans serif. Trimmed points and sharp changes of direction give it a machined edge, yet the letters remain calm enough for headings, labels, and short explanations. Seven upright weights run from UltraLight to Heavy, allowing a product name, section title, and supporting line to share one visual language. The lighter styles can give a diagram or exhibition panel an exacting feel; Bold and Heavy put more force behind a launch graphic or package front. Its character comes from the details, so it need not be pushed toward exaggerated science-fiction styling.
Typodermic Fonts is the independent type foundry of Canadian designer Ray Larabie, based in Nagoya, Japan. Founded in 2001, the foundry explores a broad range of lettering: futuristic display faces, vintage-inspired designs, practical text families, and unconventional experiments with shape and texture.
The collection draws on everything from industrial markings and electronic equipment to painted signs, printed ephemera, and popular culture. Some typefaces bring a specific era or atmosphere to a headline; others give an identity, publication, or interface a distinctive everyday voice. Across that range, Typodermic focuses on letterforms with recognizable character and a clear purpose in a design.
