Rian Hughes

Rian Hughes is a designer, writer and illustrator working from Kew, London. He has designed logos for numerous American and UK comic books, including Batman, James Bond, Spider-Man and The Avengers. His early fonts were released via FontShop, before he set up Device Fonts in 1994. His comic strips have been collected in “Yesterday’s Tomorrows”, and his burlesque-inspired imagery in “Soho Dives, Soho Divas”. Recent books include “Logo a Logo”, which collects his logo designs, the graphic novel “I Am A Number”, and “Cult-ure: Ideas Can Be Dangerous.”
