Hypertype (하이퍼타입) is a multi-script-focused Typeface Design Studio dedicated to creating typefaces that transcend language barriers and unite people through typography.
Founded by Minjoo Ham and Mark Frömberg in 2020, Hypertype is committed to making a difference through thorough research and an innovative, technology-supported approach to type design. We understand that every culture has its own scriptal foundation, and we strive to create designs that honor and celebrate these differences.
Hypertype is based in Berlin, Germany, and from there they have collaborated with a diverse range of global companies to create multi-script type design projects that are both appealing and functional. We are passionate about our craft and are constantly pushing the boundaries of what is possible in the world of typography.
At Hypertype, we believe that typefaces create more than just letters on a page. They are a powerful tool for communication and indispensable for culture.
