When you need to make tweaks to your composition, InDesign’s Layout Adjustment feature is your friend — and so is this font pack, since you may also need to make slight adjustments to the typography. If you’re suddenly working with less horizontal space, for example, maybe the Semicondensed version of Omnes will be a better fit than Regular.
